Refund Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns.
 

Our 30-Day Return Policy for Discretionary Returns:
 

You have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason not related to a defect or misdescription of the product (e.g., you changed your mind).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@rivercityracks.com. Please note that the return address will be sent to you when the return is approved.  We can provide a Return Shipping Label if needed.

You are responsible for shipping one way. If you decide to use a return label we provided, your refund amount will total the products minus the original shipping cost. If the customer ships the order back their own way, the refund amount will total the returned products and shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
